What is a Virtual Organizer?

A Virtual Organizer is a professional organizer that doesn’t limit their services based on location. I physically serve Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee; however, I offer my virtual organizing services all over the country. No longer will distance, schedules, or special circumstances prevent you from getting the help you need to get organized. 

I won’t be working physically beside you like I traditionally do, but instead you will connect with me through phone calls, Skype, FaceTime, and E-mail. Virtual organizing is a great way to get results no matter where you live in a cost-effective manner.

How Does Virtual Organizing Work?

  1. ​You order our services and then we will schedule a Jumpstart Success Session that will allow you to tell us what you want to work on and how to achieve your goals.

  2. Next you will E-mail us pictures, and/or video (optional), of your space(s) that you want to improve.

  3. We will then prepare a plan for organizing your space, provide you with some written information, and then we schedule a time for us to work together. We can Skype, FaceTime, or just have a phone call. 

  4. Once we have scheduled a time, I will give you guidance to follow and organize your space. I can offer you additional suggestions, support, and encouragement to accomplish your goals. 

  5. Then we wrap up the session. If you have ordered multiple sessions, we will email you or suggest during the session some homework you can do before our next session. 

  6. Finally, we check in with you by email 2 weeks after our final session is over to see how you are doing. At this time, we can schedule a maintenance session, if needed, to get you back on track. 

All sessions include: 

  • Initial Jumpstart Success phone call

  • Written material to help support your success and accomplish your goals

  • Coaching sessions by phone, email, text, Skype, or FaceTime. 

  • No judgment, Just Improvement! 

  • Valuable advice and skills that you can continue to use beyond our sessions
